Please kindly check whether you can use camera with other apps that using camera and check if issue is only with Teams in Parallels environment. Very appreciate for your attention to this thread and share your issue description with us. It appears that the camera (and mic) on this new MacBook does not work properly with the Windows drivers. Since I did that - yesterday - problem started. The only thing that changed is that I migrated from a 2015 MacBook Pro 15' to a 2019 MacBook Pro 16' I have removed devices, updated drivers and changed privacy settings ad nauseum. I removed Teams from my Windows 10 side and installed it on the MacOS side - camera works perfectly. I then checked the Camera App and ditto - green light - no picture. In running Windows - the camera shows the green light on but the screen is black/blank. I run MacOS Catalina & Parallels 15 on my MacBook 16 2019.

Try to start a new call only to one people, confirm if peer can view your video, Make sure only one app is using camera at the same time. If there’s any firewall software and anti-virus, temporarily disable them, re-start Mac, launch only Teams this app. Generally, you may check updates for OS and drivers, verify that they have installed latest release. May I confirm with you the detailed symptom? For instance, during video meetings other participants can’t see your video, or there’s a related error prompted?
